The founder
Italian, citizen of Brescia, resident of Barcelona since 2026. Bocconi BSc in Business Administration, then ESADE MSc in Innovation & Entrepreneurship, with a CEMS exchange at Stockholm School of Economics from September 2026 to February 2027. Two years of operational responsibility at a family-run SRL in Milan, managing operations and technology together — not as separate functions.
Builds production AI systems end-to-end. From listening to the problem, to choosing the model, to writing the production code, to operating it in the field. There is no handoff between “discovery” and “implementation” because there are no separate people.
For Italian tax and regulatory matters, works with a trusted family accountant. For the Spanish side, with a local gestoría and dedicated immigration counsel for the Beckham Pathway 2 regime.

The strategic advisor
Federico Galluccio joins as strategic advisor at the end of his studies at ESCP Business School (MSc Economics & Management). International training across Italy, France, and EU contexts. Focused on business development, go-to-market structure, and institutional stakeholder relationships.
The advisor agreement provides for stock options vesting after the first six months of effective collaboration — the same logic we apply to anyone joining the team with long-term responsibility.
How we work
We build like a lab, not like an agency. Most of the value in an applied AI engagement comes from engineering quality and depth of problem understanding, not from headcount. When a project requires specific competencies we don’t have in-house, we collaborate with the external network we’ve built operational trust with — not by spinning up generic outsourced delivery.
For specific commercial engagements we work with two freelance collaborators on outreach and lead qualification, paid on commission. They are not partners and have no access to client data beyond what is needed to qualify a first contact.
The wider team
We don’t keep regular open positions, and we are deliberately not advertising a “team page” with names that haven’t been finalized — we’d rather show no one than show people whose role isn’t committed yet. If you want to work with us on a specific problem — full-time, part-time, contractor — write to us from the contact page. We say no more often than we say yes, but we always reply.
